Scope and relationship to the Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and otherwise processes personal data and related information in connection with , the dashboard, API, support channels, funding methods, and related services. This Privacy Policy forms part of the contractual framework governing your use of the Services and should be read together with the Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Privacy Policy and mandatory data-protection law, mandatory law controls to the extent required.

Controller role and limited processor role.

For most processing described in this Privacy Policy, the Company acts as an independent controller, including when processing account registration details, business/contact details, order metadata, payments and billing records, security and anti-fraud data, support communications, analytics, and legal/compliance records. If, and only if, the Company expressly agrees in writing to process limited data on a customer's behalf under a separate data processing addendum or comparable contract, the Company may act as a processor or service provider for that restricted processing. Unless and until such a separate written arrangement exists, customers, resellers, agencies, and API users remain solely responsible for deciding what personal data they submit, which lawful basis applies, what notices they must give, and whether they have authority to submit URLs, handles, usernames, comments, content, and customer-related data.

Data we collect.

Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect and process the following categories of data: account and profile data such as name, username, password hash, email address, phone number, company name, billing country, timezone, language, and account preferences; business, verification, and compliance data such as tax IDs, proof of business existence, source-of-funds information, beneficial ownership or identity documents where requested; payment and transaction data such as processor transaction IDs, funding method, balance history, invoice details, limited card or wallet descriptors, billing identifiers, and fraud/risk signals; order and fulfillment data such as target URLs, usernames, handles, platform names, service selections, quantities, drip settings, refill windows, order notes, API calls, and fulfillment logs; communications data such as support tickets, emails, chat content, attachments, and call records if applicable; device, usage, and log data such as IP addresses, access timestamps, browser fingerprints or device identifiers, error logs, security events, cookies, local-storage identifiers, and page/activity logs; marketing and analytics data such as campaign parameters, referral sources, email engagement data, and consent preferences; and any other information you voluntarily submit to us. We do not want users to send sensitive personal data, children's data, protected health data, government IDs, or payment card data outside approved payment flows unless we expressly ask for it for a lawful compliance purpose.

Sources of data.

We collect data directly from you, automatically when you use the Services, from payment processors and fraud-prevention partners, from support and communications tools, from hosting and security infrastructure, from your API integrations, and from public-facing pages, profiles, or content you instruct us to process or verify in connection with an order.

Purposes of processing and legal bases.

We process your data on the following legal bases: Contract — for creating and operating accounts, taking steps at your request, processing orders, exposing dashboard features, and delivering customer support tied to the service. Legal obligation — for tax, accounting, sanctions, fraud-reporting, law-enforcement response, and other compliance duties. Legitimate interests — for site and account security, abuse prevention, fraud detection, network defense, service integrity, troubleshooting, internal analytics, debt collection, evidence preservation, enforcement of policies, corporate housekeeping, and limited direct marketing where permitted. Consent — for non-essential cookies, optional marketing communications where consent is required, and other optional features that legally require opt-in. Where special-category or similarly restricted data is submitted contrary to our policies, we may delete it, isolate it, or refuse the related order.
